I can't open my files. What can I do?
All of our preset files are packed in archives due to Pulley limitations, typically as .zip or .rar files. To open .rar files, use the WinRAR app (for PC) or The Unarchiver (for Mac). If you encounter any issues, feel free to use the contact form on our website.
I have not received an email with my files.
After purchase, you should receive an automatic email from Pulley containing the download link. Be sure to check your email's spam folder first. If you still cannot find the email, please use the contact form on our website.
I don't know how to install my ToneX presets.
You need to import your presets into ToneX application. Here's a tutorial.
Download link expired. What can I do?
Use the contact form, we will renew your links and send them again.
I'm not happy with provided sounds.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on our presets. However, many issues arise from incorrect device setups (such as gain staging or global EQ), and we are always happy to assist you with that.
All the tones you hear in our YouTube demos are 100% unmixed and come straight from the devices. If you are unsure whether you’ll like them, we recommend trying our free presets first—either the free packs available on YouTube or the free tones on ToneNet for ToneX users. If you have any questions, please write us an email before making a purchase.
