I can't open my files. What can I do?

All of our preset files are packed in archives due to Pulley limitations (usually .zip or .rar files). For opening .rar files use WinRar app (PC) or Unarchiver (MAC). If that won't work feel free to use contact form on our website.

 

I didn't receive an e-mail with my files.

After purchase, you should get an automatic email from Pulley with download link. Make sure to check your e-mail spam folder first, but if that won't work, use the concact form on our website.

 

I don't know how to install my ToneX presets.

You need to import your presets into ToneX application. Here's a tutorial.



Download link expired. What can I do?

Use the contact form, we will renew your links and send them again.


I'm not happy with provided sounds. 

Unluckily due to nature of the digital products, we are not offering refunds on our presets. However a lot of problems are caused by incorrect setup of devices (gain staging/global eq) and we're always happy to help you out with that.

All of the tones that you're hearing in demos on youtube are 100% unmixed tones straight from devices. If you are not sure whether you like them or not, make sure to check out our free presets first (either our free packs on youtube or free tones one ToneNet in case of ToneX). If you have any questions, write an e-mail before purchase.
